Aging Mastery Classes

Taking small steps for lifelong rewards


The Area Agency on Aging has partnered with the National Council on Aging to offer the Aging Mastery Program® series on aging well.  The 10-week series of 90-minute classes is designed for adults age 50 and older and will provide  the tools and information needed to continue an independent, dynamic and healthy lifestyle.

Classes will focus on the importance of sleep, exercise, financial fitness, medication management and fall prevention, and will explore community engagement – creating circles of friends to support us as we age.

The classes will be taught by local experts, including:

Classes will be held at the following locations:

1366 E. Thomas Road, Ste. 108, Phoenix
Classes start March 9th, 4:30-6:00 P.M.
