How We Can Help
- Provide comprehensive medical case management
- Assist individuals to enroll in and maintain eligibility for Ryan White Part A services in Maricopa and Pinal counties
- Provide bus tickets and ride services for eligible clients to ensure access to medical care and HIV-related care services
- Assist with health insurance premiums and HIV-related medical care costs (deductibles, co-pays and co-insurance) for eligible clients to ensure access to medical care
- Assist with finding and maintaining subsidized and affordable housing
