Long-Term Care Ombudsman advocate on behalf of residents in long term care facilities, including adult foster care, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities. Residents can voice their concerns and have their complaints addressed. Ombudsmen also make routine visits to facilities to talk with residents about their rights and concerns, and to identify problem areas and advocate for change.
